All items in my shop are custom made, therefore I do not accept returns.

If an items is faulty or damaged, I will replace (if possible), refund or offer a discount code for a future order. I need to be notified of any issues within 21 days but will ask for proof of the fault, in the form of a photo.

If you fail to collect your parcel from your local post office and it then gets returned to me as 'unclaimed', I will ask you to repay the postage to have it resent.

My experience is that not many items get completely lost in the post, but sometimes there may be delays for reasons outside of my control. Occasionally when orders have gone missing, they have ended up back with me; in this case I will repost for free. 

If your order gets completely lost on it's journey to you (which rarely happens!), I will make a claim with the postal service and then issue you a full refund.

Unfortunately, I have experienced a small number of dishonest claims from people, which is why I feel I have to be clear on this policy.

Please contact me if an order does not turn up after the following guideline times:

UK - after 7 days

Overseas - 21 days

On a brighter note, I very rarely have orders go missing :)
